• Construction of new school building.
• Installation of a heavy-duty underground water-drawl pump for irrigation.
• Providing financial support through RCC to the various households to generate income for the villagers through training in tailoring, paper bag making, setting up a poultry farm, initiating kitchen gardens to cultivate specific high-value vegetables, etc. under the training and guidance of Nimpith R K Mission.
• Construction of 20 new toilets.
• Installation of 2 deep tube wells.

2015-16

• Construction of a new school building at Kholakhali Village under Beledurganagar Gram Panchayet, Joynagar Block II, Dist South 24 Parganas.
• Installation of heavy-duty underground water drawls pump solution for undertaking irrigation activities at Village Baman Mollar Chak under No. 1 Jalaberia Panchayat, Dist South 24 Parganas.
• Providing financial support through Rotary Community Corps, a local club to the various households to set up self-help groups and embark on sustainable commercial oriental ventures to generate income for themselves by undertaking and vocation to be undertaken by adopting Nimpith's guidance and support for enhancing the vocational skills.
• Construction of Toilets in Village Baman Mollar Chak, under No. 1 Jalaberia Panchayat, South 24 Parganas.
• Construction of Deep Tube Wells at appropriate locations in the village Baman Mollar Chak.
